How To Identify A Werewolf

Physical Traits

Unibrow: Werewolves often have a unibrow unless they shave or pluck it. This is due to their over-active growth system.
Hairy Palms: Some werewolves will grow hair on their palms as they approach the night of the full moon, but these can be shaved or plucked as well and some humans may grow hair on their palms.
Index or ring finger longer than middle: Due to the constant breaking and regrowth of fingers during transformation, a finger may grow longer than the middle finger on a werewolf, though this is not always the case.
Eyes: Werewolves are said to have reflective eyes like dogs or cats. Of course, this only affects werewolves in the time after a transformation, partial or full. Outside of reflective eyes, they also tend to have sharp, distincitve eyes that are indescribable. If you're looking for them, though, you will find them.
Heightened Senses: Werewolves may hear, smell, or see things regular humans are unable to sense. Take note of these abilities when suspecting a werewolf.
Healing: Werewolves have quick healing. Though this ability is not as pronounced as is displayed in most media, they are able to heal from nearly any non-fatal wound overnight, especailly on nights close to the full moon.
Body hair: Werewolves often have excessive body hair, but this is not always the case.

Love rare meat: Werewolves eat rarer (or sometimes raw) meat because they enjoy the taste of blood.
Silver: Many werewolves wear silver or carry an item of silver with them to keep themselves from transforming when they don't intend to. The efficiency of this practice is unclear.
Paranoia: As the full moon approaches, werewolves will become paranoid, irritable, and suspicious. Some may even become extremely sick and isolate themselves.
Late night walks: Werewolves have a natural affinity for the night and may, as a result, be found wandering outside, especially in the woods, for seemingly no reason at all.
